Bonding Training Professional (Goleniow)

We are proud to announce the launch of the Vestas Blades Process Engineering Factory in Goleniów – a new organization where we will develop, build, and invest in the future of wind turbine blade production. The Training Department in Bonding is responsible for creating and managing process-specific training materials, including videos and other documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in manufacturing engineering or alike level
• Train the Trainer or other training education
• 6-8 years of developing and planning training material mainly for unskilled workers
• Fluent English, Polish language will be valuable
• Willingness to travel to other Vestas sites for training implementation
• Basic technical understanding of bonding/assembly processes
