Requirements
- Disciplinary leadership of Service Technicians in the SKT area
- Development of the field operations area through initiation and implementation of improvement measures and projects
- Analysis of KPIs and performance data, derivation and implementation of suitable measures
- Monitoring and control of working time accounts in coordination with technicians and planners
- Responsibility for the compliance with all safety guidelines in the field
- Close cooperation with the Backoffice team to ensure a smooth service business
