Lead Vertragsmanager:in /Lead Contract Manager (w/m/d)

Lead Contract Manager position in an international environment with a focus on Renewable Energies and energy transition. Accompany wind farm projects from contract signing to final handover, ensuring commercial and contractual matters are handled strategically and operationally.

Requirements

• Completed degree in law, economics, civil engineering, mechanical engineering, or a comparable field
• At least 7 years of professional experience in contract or project management
• In-depth knowledge of contract application and interpretation in the construction and energy sector
• Very good knowledge of German and English in writing and speaking
• Travel readiness up to 20%
• Structured, solution-oriented working style with comprehensive cost and safety awareness
• Interpersonal skills, team spirit, and high communication skills at all levels
