Sales Director - Japan. Lead the full sales cycle from opportunity identification to contract closure on large-scale wind energy projects in Japan. Define and execute sales strategies aligned with regional growth targets.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration (or Master's degree)
- Minimum 15 years of experience in sales, project management, or commercial roles within wind energy, offshore oil & gas (EPCI), infrastructure, or power generation
- Extensive experience in negotiating large, complex contracts and understanding commercial implications
- Familiarity with FIDIC Yellow Book and long-cycle sales processes
- Advanced business acumen and fluency in English and Japanese
