Vestwell is a financial technology company looking for an Associate, Payroll Implementations to join their Operations team. The successful candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent project management skills, and experience working in a project management/implementation/operational role.

Requirements

• Experience working in a project management/implementation/operational role
• Excellent project management skills
• Ability to manage multiple work streams and competing priorities
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Effective communication with stakeholders
• A tight operator who can see the big picture
• Excellent client service capabilities
• Strong written/oral communication and organizational skills
• 1+ year relevant experience in Financial Services, Operations, or SaaS industries
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of formal education and/or work experience
