Job Description
Vestwell is a financial technology company focused on revolutionizing savings for individuals and businesses. They are seeking a Senior Implementation Associate to serve as a liaison between Plan Sponsors and financial advisors, managing the onboarding process and providing subject matter expertise on plan design and training. The ideal candidate has excellent communication and project management skills.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in project management and leading team initiatives
- Professional experience using and optimizing internal technical tools (e.g. Jira, Zendesk)
- Demonstrated aptitude for learning and iterating rapidly
- Willingness to learn retirement plan design and conversion processes
- General knowledge of ERISA rules and requirements (QKA or higher ASPPA credential)
