Job Description

As a Staff Accountant, you’ll play a key role in supporting our rapid expansion—owning core parts of the close process, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and helping us build the world’s emergency company from the inside out.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting
- CPA license is a strong plus
- 1–4+ years of accounting experience
- Big Four or public accounting experience a strong plus
- Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with large datasets
- Strong analytical thinking and sound judgment in applying accounting principles
- Clear, confident communicator with the ability to explain the ‘why’ behind the numbers
- Inherent curiosity to understand the business beyond the books and connect numbers to impact
