Job Description
Licensed Veterinary Technician needed to provide skilled care to patients and exceptional service to clients. Must have experience in animal care, client communication, and veterinary procedures.
Requirements
- Strong client communication and education
- Safe and compassionate animal handling
- Anesthesia administration and patient monitoring
- Surgical and dental procedure assistance
- Accurate record keeping and attention to detail
- Medication preparation and pharmacy support
- Laboratory testing, radiographs, and ECGs
- IV catheter placement, SQ/IM/IV injections
- Emergency care (bleeding control, CPR)
- Knowledge of DEA, OSHA, and hospital safety protocols
