Experience in client facing roles, ability to coordinate medical cases, and advanced account skills
ECC Veterinary Nurse
2-3 years of ECC or advanced GP experience, Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing, strong teamwork and communication skills

No experience necessary, hands-on training provided
Client Contact Centre Supervisor
Proven experience in a supervisory role, excellent communication skills, proactive mindset, and passion for client service
ECC Veterinarian
3 years of experience and a DVM or BVSc degree required
Veterinarian
2 years of experience as a Veterinarian, efficient consult schedule management, and exceptional communication skills
Vet Nurse and Receptionist
3 days/week, eagerness to learn, social media savvy
