Job Description
Vita Green is seeking a Production Manager to join their team at a location in Tai Po Industrial Estate, Hong Kong. The role involves assisting the Production Manager in daily operations, preparing for Phase II, and contributing to process improvement. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop operational expertise and work with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Assist the Production Manager in organizing and coordinating daily production activities and on-site operations.
- Build, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency.
- Support project-based activities including the preparation and setup of new machinery for New Site - Phase II operations.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth project execution and production line transitions.
- Monitor production processes, troubleshoot issues, and ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Provide on-site support to the production team and demonstrate people management skills.
- Actively participate in process improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence and innovation.
