Strategy and Operations Principal

Via is using technology to transform transportation around the world. The Strategy & Operations Principal will lead projects directly impacting Via's Fleet Operations, setting strategy, developing partnerships, leading end-to-end projects, and owning outcomes.

Requirements

• Drive targets and develop strategies to achieve operations and financial targets
• Develop and nurture strategic partnerships and manage vendor relations
• Manage daily operations and think strategically about long-term improvements and sustainable growth
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and implement best practices
• Respond to shifting business needs and pivot to align with company priorities and new opportunities
• Use data to interpret P&L and drive margin improvements
• Engage in strategic decision-making and employ an entrepreneurial mindset
• Perform detailed analyses to support data-driven decision-making
• Collaborate with teams across the organization to deliver projects and support impact for partners and riders
