Job Description
Viamericas is a rapidly growing money transmitter seeking a Software Infrastructure Intern to join their team. This role focuses on providing level 1/2 support to users, resolving technical problems, and managing escalations within their technology infrastructure. The intern will be part of a team dedicated to ensuring the stability and efficiency of the organization's operations.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a course of study related to IT-related technical fields.
- Basic knowledge of Windows and Linux systems.
- Basic knowledge of network data.
