ViaPath is seeking a Tablet Repair Supervisor to supervise a team of incarcerated individuals in a production shop, responsible for repairing and refurbishing Android tablets. The position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in an industrial setting and 3 years of management experience.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an industrial setting
- Minimum of 3 years of management and/or leadership experience
- Proficient in Windows OS and MS Office Suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task on work assignments while meeting competing deadlines
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and be able to work with team members to move equipment up to 50 lbs
- Ability to follow production schedules and monitor quality of work
- Ability to resolve operational problems
- Ability to pass customer training requirements and implement processes and procedures following custody policy and procedure protocols
- Must be willing and able to travel, travel will be limited
- Android experience preferred
