Telecom Technician 3

ViaPath is seeking a Telecommunication Technician 3 (Site Admin Technician 3) to provide maintenance, repair, and system reliability services to customers. This role involves working both at client sites and requiring travel to other locations, offering a blend of independent work and teamwork. The position is part of the Field Services team, requiring a proactive customer-facing approach and willingness to troubleshoot and repair various communication and network components.

Requirements

• Serve as a positive Ambassador for ViaPath
• Prioritize and plan assigned service calls
• Troubleshoot and repair communication and network hardware
• Administer kiosk services and collections
• Wiring troubleshooting and data cabling repair
• Return damaged equipment
• Regular overtime work and occasional overtime
