VIAS Infrastructure is seeking a Senior Utility Coordinator to lead utility coordination efforts for transportation design projects and drive strategic growth in the transportation infrastructure group.
Requirements
- Lead utility coordination efforts for transportation design projects
- Identify existing utilities and potential conflicts through plan reviews and coordination
- Coordinate with public and private utility companies
- Serve as the primary point of contact between DOTs, utilities, and design teams
- Review design plans to assess utility impacts and relocation needs
- Track utility coordination schedules and commitments
- Facilitate coordination meetings and document decisions
- Support preparation of utility agreements and permits
- Ensure compliance with DOT and FHWA requirements
- Identify risks and support mitigation strategies
