Associate Operator, Packaging - 3rd Shift

Associate Operator role involves visually inspecting products, setting up and running production equipment, and assisting in training new personnel. The role requires good mechanical, communication, time management, organizational, interpersonal, and writing skills, as well as computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel and Lotus Notes. The role also requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stoop, climb ladders or stairs, stand or sit for extended periods of time, wear a respirator, hear an alarm, identify small defects, and distinguish between colors.

Requirements

• HS diploma
• Up to two years of experience preferred
• Good mechanical, communication, time management, organizational, interpersonal, and writing skills
• Computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel and Lotus Notes
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stoop, climb ladders or stairs, stand or sit for extended periods of time
• Ability to wear a respirator
• Ability to hear an alarm
• Ability to identify small defects
• Ability to distinguish between colors
