Job Description
We're looking for an Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help grow our pipeline of new business. This role is all about proactive outreach—connecting with prospects who haven’t yet expressed interest but would benefit from what we offer.
Requirements
- 2+ years of outbound BDR or SDR experience, a plus if selling into brands or agencies
- Confident and consistent with cold calling and cold emailing as primary channels for outreach
- Strong knowledge of modern prospecting tools and techniques
- Confidence in using Salesforce for daily hygiene, reports, and opportunity management
- Proficiency in Outreach (advanced sequencing, AB testing, task prioritization)
- Familiarity with Sales Navigator for persona targeting and list building
- A track record of booking high-quality meetings that align with ICP and sales goals
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- A self-starter mindset and the ability to work independently and iteratively
