Behavior Technician (Paid Training)

We are hiring Behavior Technicians to provide in-home ABA therapy to children with autism throughout Staten Island, NY. You will work one-on-one with a child, implementing behavior plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This is a meaningful, hands-on role with flexible scheduling and ongoing support.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience working with children preferred
• Reliable, patient, and compassionate
• Comfortable working in home-based settings
• Must be able to travel locally to client homes
