Requirements

• 1+ years recruiting, staffing, or coordination experience (ABA, healthcare or education preferred)
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Professionalism, empathy, and a mission-driven approach to working with children and families
