Requirements

• Design new system components with a strong focus on high availability, scalability, and performance.
• Create, test, manage, and peer-review code.
• Collaborate within a small, agile team environment.
• Minimum of 5 years of Java server-side development experience.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
• Deep expertise in Spring Framework and MongoDB.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (S3, SQS, RDS).
• Experience with Elasticsearch, MySQL, and Kafka is a significant plus.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot real-time server-side applications and multi-component platforms.
