Job Description
This Senior Project Management Director role is critical for transforming and leading the Office of Project Management across a manufacturing and engineering organization. The position focuses on restructuring the function to enhance efficiency, scalability, and alignment with business priorities. The leader will build and lead a team, develop strategic frameworks, and drive successful product launches from conception to market.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- MBA or advanced technical degree (highly preferred)
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive project management experience
- Extensive experience in new product development
- Proven success managing large-scale, cross-functional teams
- Deep understanding of product development lifecycles
