Quality Coordinator

As a Quality Coordinator EMEA, you will support the Victaulic Europe Quality Manager in maintaining and continuously improving Victaulic’s Quality Management System.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Technology, or equivalent.
• 3–5 years’ experience in a quality or compliance role, preferably in a European industrial/manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 management systems, audits, CAPA, calibration, and change control.
• Experience in project/product evaluation, root cause analysis, and process improvement.
• Excellent communication skills in English; other European languages are an advantage.
• Comfortable in a cross-functional, international environment with occasional travel.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems, and digital quality tools for tracking, reporting, and documentation.
• Strong Excel skills, including data handling, pivot tables, dashboards, and reporting.
