Requirements

• Understands and abides by all Company safety rules, regulations, and policies.
• Conducts safety training topics as required or needed.
• Analyzes engineering proposals, process requirements, and related technical data.
• Examines and approves engineering and/or architectural drawings, design computations, etc.
• Estimates cost of projects, writes contracts and specification for labor, materials and equipment and secures bids from contractors.
• Maintains records of progress, quantities, changes, delays and other pertinent factors affecting projects.
• Controls cost and identifies opportunities to reduce cost relating to materials, installation, energy consumption, etc.
