Job Description
The Cook is responsible for planning, preparing, and serving nutritious meals to residents in a therapeutic setting. This includes menu planning, preparation, plating, and maintaining food quality. The cook also assists with inventory management, dietary records, and adherence to health and safety protocols.
Requirements
- Prepare required menus (min. 3 meals/day)
- Plan therapeutic menus (per doctor's orders)
- Prepare and serve 3 meals/day at regular hours
- Maintain a healthy food environment and ensure food safety
- Read and adhere to home policies
