Job Description
Responsible for the overall administration of the community's operations, including hiring, training, and supervision of staff, quality assurance, and compliance with laws and licensing rules.
Requirements
- Certified Assisted Living Administrator
- Experience working in an Assisted Living Facility
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to read, write, understand, and follow directions
- Clear SBI and DMV record
- Two-step tuberculin skin test
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Good computer skills
- Ability to Push, Pull, or Lift at Least 50-Pounds
- Valid NC Driver's License
- At least 8 years of driving experience
