Job Description
This full-time Maintenance position focuses on ensuring the prompt and efficient upkeep of all communities in Garner, NC. The role involves inspecting appliances, replacing filters, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and documenting equipment maintenance. The position also ensures resident safety and the proper use of facilities.
Requirements
- Inspect appliances and make minor repairs.
- Replace furnace/air conditioner filters regularly.
- Replace door knobs and locks.
- Monitor roof and plumbing for leaks.
- Monitor condition of furnishings and report replacements.
- Perform other duties as required.
