Job Description
The Personal Care Aide / CNA provides assistance to residents in an Assisted Living Community with activities of daily living, contributing to their independence and safety. Responsibilities include toileting, bathing, dressing, eating, and assisting with mobility. The role requires adherence to Care Plans, maintaining resident dignity, and following established policies.
Requirements
- C.N.A or Personal Care Aide Certificate (80-Hour)
- Ability to read, write, understand and follow directions
- Ability to lift, push, pull and carry 50 pounds, bend, stoop, squat, and reach overhead.
- Minimum 18 years old
- No substantiated findings on the NC Personnel Registry or Health Care Program
- Clear SBI record
- Two-step tuberculin skin test
