Job Description
This part-time position provides personal care assistance to residents in an Assisted Living Community, assisting with activities of daily living. The role involves providing a safe and supportive environment, ensuring residents' dignity and well-being, and reporting any changes in resident status. The role requires adhering to adult care home policies and procedures.
Requirements
- C.N.A or Personal Care Aide Certificate (80-Hour) with Personal Care Aide Training within 6-Months of hire.
- Ability to read, write, understand, and follow directions.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry 50+ pounds.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- No substantiated findings on NC Personnel Registry or Health Care Program
- Clear SBI record
- Two-step tuberculin skin test
