Personal Care Aide / CNA

The Personal Care Aide / CNA provides assistance to residents in an Assisted Living Community with activities of daily living as needed, in accordance with their individual and physician-directed care plan. This role involves assisting with personal care, ensuring resident dignity and safety, and assisting with transportation and other related tasks. The position is a full-time, regular position with a shift of 3rd shift.

Requirements

• Provide assistance with activities of daily living (toileting, ambulation, eating, bathing, dressing, etc.)
• Assist residents with self-help skills
• Administer and assist with personal care tasks
• Report accidents and incidents
• Adhere to adult care home policies and procedures
