Job Description
The Awake Overnight Recovery Support Specialist supports the program by ensuring that quality direct care services are provided to the clients.
Requirements
- Act in accordance with Victory Programs, Inc.'s Standards of Excellence & Philosophy of Care at all times
- Provide quality, empathetic customer service to the clients in the program
- Ensure that when clients take medication, all policies and procedures are followed for assisting and monitoring the clients' self-administration of medication
- Provide milieu coverage, including maintaining and assessing the integrity of the program's therapeutic milieu
- Ensure all policies and procedures related to maintaining a safe and appropriate residential environment are followed
- Input client/program data in Electronic Health Records
- Facilitate and/or co-facilitate client groups and complete required group facilitation documentation
- Provide referrals as needed
