Program Director

The Program Director is responsible for the delivery of services, development and maintenance of all operations of the Victory House program.

Requirements

• Act in accordance with Victory Programs, Inc.'s Standards of Excellence at all times
• Ensure program compliance with all statutory and contractual requirements
• Implement and ensure program standards of care and best practices
• Supervise, direct, train, and evaluate assigned program staff
• Participate in agency Leadership Team meetings and division-based team meetings as needed
• Provide front desk coverage as needed
• Attend monthly neighborhood association meetings
• Provide on-call support as needed
