Job Description
VideaHealth is seeking a skilled Application Support Specialist to serve its customers. The role involves providing tier 1 and tier 2 support, troubleshooting technical issues, analyzing support trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve VideaAI user experiences. The company focuses on AI-powered dental care solutions for better diagnosis and patient understanding.
Requirements
- 2+ years of demonstrated SaaS technical support experience
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer support and resolve complex technical issues
- Strong documentation, multitasking, and organizational skills
- Analytical and methodical problem solver
- Effective communicator and team player
- Experience in the dental field is a plus
- Technical proficiency with CRM, ticketing, and SQL
- Comfortable using collaboration tools like Slack, Google Workspace, and Confluence
