We are looking for a Team Lead Service (m/w/d) to lead the deployment and control of service and delivery personnel in customer locations in the business area. The role involves forming the interface to the production kitchens and regional customer care, creating personnel demand and deployment planning, and disciplinary leadership and team development.

Requirements

• Leadership experience in leading smaller teams
• Business knowledge
• Outstanding customer, service, and quality orientation
• High commitment, flexibility, and entrepreneurial thinking and action
• Outstanding communication skills and high assertiveness
• Knowledge of MS-Office applications Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Driver's license class B
