ViiV Global Data Governance Director

The ViiV Global Data Governance Director will provide strategic leadership in the development and execution of ViiV Healthcare’s data governance framework. This role will ensure that ViiV’s data assets are managed as a strategic enterprise resource to support business objectives, maintain regulatory compliance, and enable data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong experience in data governance, data management, or related roles
• Proven track record of defining and implementing data governance frameworks in a global, highly regulated industry
• Strong understanding of data privacy, security, and compliance regulations
• Leadership skills with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders across business and technical teams
• Deep understanding of data governance tools and technologies
• Familiarity with data architecture, metadata management, and master data management concepts
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
