Requirements

• Contributing to VSC's proactive sourcing engine by building relationships with company management teams, intermediaries, and market participants
• Executing targeted thematic-driven outreach using VSC's data-driven sourcing playbook
• Conducting in-depth, primary research on industry and company fundamentals for relevant due diligence requirements
• Performing comprehensive credit analysis and risk assessment for structured financings
• Developing and maintaining sophisticated financial models to support investment decisions
• Engaging with company management teams, investor relations, sell-side research analysts, buy-side peers, industry contacts, and external professional service providers
