Business Analyst eCommerce

This Business Analyst role focuses on understanding business requirements and translating them into digital solutions for a Viking eCommerce platform. The analyst will engage stakeholders, create business models, and ensure accurate and timely delivery of eCommerce features. They will also drive continuous improvement and provide insights to the delivery team.

Requirements

• Proven experience within an eCommerce business domain
• High customer focus and understanding of eCommerce customer journeys
• An eye for detail – demonstrated by comprehensive understanding of eCommerce metrics, funnels and other KPIs
• High work ethic and proactivity to mobilise across the business and gather requirements
• Enthusiastic problem solver – a self-starting, innovative, creative thinker
• Strong experience of Agile principles, as well as more traditional Waterfall methodologies
• Fluent knowledge of English, spoken and written.
• Other language skills (Dutch, German, French) would be an advantage.
