We are seeking a Marketing Automation Campaign & Journey Specialist to design and orchestrate customer journeys across multiple channels. The role involves mapping, building, and optimizing touchpoints to deliver a seamless, personalized experience that drives engagement throughout the entire customer lifecycle.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management and best practices for designing engaging, end-to-end customer journeys.
- In-depth knowledge of SFMC Journey Builder (or comparable journey orchestration tools) and its application across multiple channels.
- Familiarity with segmentation strategies, data flows and event- or behavior-based triggers for personalized campaign execution.
- Strong experience designing and implementing customer journeys and omnichannel campaigns.
- Experience with SFMC Journey Builder (or equivalent tools).
- Analytical mindset, good at diagnosing performance issues.
