Job Description
VikingCloud is seeking a PCI Compliance Specialist to join their PDS Program. The role involves providing excellent customer service, collaborating with a team, and contributing to business growth through sales and upsell recommendations. They offer a predictive, cost-effective cybersecurity solution based on anonymized event data.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ years of experience in a customer support role, preferably in a call center
- Fluency in English, C1 level.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite – Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
