Restaurant Hostess

As a Restaurant Hostess at Villa Haven, you will provide exceptional hospitality and ensure efficient operations in our F&B outlet, managing reservations and coordinating seating arrangements. Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting, is required.

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Hostess or in a customer service role
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in reservation management software or similar systems
• High school diploma or equivalent
