Job Description
The Cypress Club of Hilton Head is seeking a part-time Maintenance Technician to ensure the upkeep of residential apartments and public areas through responsive and efficient maintenance. This role involves performing a variety of tasks like repairs, preventative maintenance, and responding to emergencies, with a focus on hospitality and resident comfort. Requirements
- Perform routine and emergency repairs in residential apartments and public areas.
- Assist with providing initial response for malfunction of residential HVAC equipment.
- Respond to emergency calls for system and equipment failure.
- Complete work orders and provide detailed information.
- Assist other Maintenance personnel.
- Maintain material and supply levels.
- Work a reasonable amount of scheduled and ‘on-call’ overtime.
