Job Description
The Accounting Manager will be responsible for overseeing the financial controls of designated businesses across North America. This role involves financial analysis, forecasting, business partnering, and ensuring compliance with internal controls. The position reports to the Group Controller for the region and acts as a strategic finance partner.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent
- 7+ years of experience
- Understanding of operations and accounting
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications (Excel)
- Experience with SAP, BPC, EPM, Business Warehouse / Business Intelligence
- Ability to instruct and mentor other team members
- Detail-oriented and demonstrated analytical skills
