Established by Black and Latina activists in 1984, the Violence Intervention Program (VIP) is NYC’s only culturally specific organization with a mission to address domestic and sexual violence within Latine communities.
The Program Manager is responsible for the overall daily operations of the Morivivi Residential Program, a 51-bed scattered site safe dwelling for people fleeing domestic violence. The Program Manager ensures 24/7 services to all program participants and oversees the development and implementation of supportive programs for victims/survivors of domestic violence.
