We are looking to hire a Logistics Assistant to support our Logistics function, working closely with colleagues in Italy and Greece. The ideal candidate has previous experience in logistics roles, knowledge of customs documentation and procedures, and strong proficiency in IT tools.
Requirements
- Previous experience in logistics roles, preferably in import/export and customs-related environments
- Knowledge of customs documentation and procedures
- Experience in organizing and managing maritime shipments
- Basic knowledge of international supply chain processes
- Customs broker license or eligibility to obtain it
- Accuracy, reliability, and good interpersonal skills
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
- Very good command of English for communication with international partners
