Requirements

• 4+ years of proven experience in a creative role (art, copy, or content) within social media or a digital agency environment.
• Portfolio demonstrating social-first thinking and successful campaign execution across multiple formats.
• Acute understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and audience engagement strategies across all major platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
• Proven ability to concept and execute creative ideas that translate into successful social media campaigns.
• Strong visual design and storytelling ability
• Proficiency with relevant software and tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
• Relevant knowledge with emerging AI agents and tools.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience mentoring and guiding junior creatives.
