Job Description
The Sr. Manager, Global Sales & Service Delivery will lead a high-energy team to drive sales success, coach and train team members, and collaborate with other departments to optimize sales processes and grow the fleet of happy travelers.
Requirements
- Proven Leadership: Minimum of 3-5 years managing teams in sales or contact center environments
- Sales Savvy: A passion for sales and the drive to lead the team to new heights
- Cruise Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the travel or cruise industry is a plus
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills with team and senior management
- Tech-Savvy: Experience with call center software, Salesforce and Google Suite
- Bachelor's degree preferred
