Job Description
This Registered Nurse position focuses on providing direct and indirect nursing care to assigned patients, with supervision of personnel. It involves interpreting information, managing a unit, and delivering care across all levels. The role requires strong communication and management skills, as well as proficiency in BLS and other nursing protocols.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Nursing Required
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse by the Virginia Department of Health Professions or Compact State Licensure in Nursing required
- BLS certification required
- ACLS certification required for cardiac and critical care units
- PALS certification required for pediatric, ED, ICU, CVICU, Cardiac Cath Lab, and Pediatric Nurses
- Per policy BLS/ACLS/PALS cards are needed
