Job Description
VHC Health is seeking a Staff Development Specialist II to support nursing staff through education, coaching, and mentorship. This role involves rounding on new hires, leading educational classes, and developing plans for individual development. Requirements
- Master's degree in nursing, occupational therapy, speech language pathology, or a doctorate in physical therapy.
- Five years of experience in healthcare/medical, nursing/patient care in a relevant discipline.
- Certification in an area of clinical specialty (BLS, ACLS, etc.).
- License as a Registered Nurse, Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Therapist.
- BLS certification.
