As a Director, Pharma PR at Virgo Health, you will lead financial and resource management, drive organic growth, and identify new business opportunities. You will also be responsible for role modeling great line management, coaching, and mentoring team members, and continuing to build out your leadership with ownership of the day-to-day business operations.
Requirements
- Several years' experience in pharmaceutical PR with a good understanding of data and regulatory communications
- Experience working in an agency, particularly on global accounts
- Good organisational skills and ability to delegate effectively both up and down
- Excellent people-management and leadership skills
- Able to gain client trust and the confidence to lead client management
- Able to quickly understand and interpret scientific data, e.g. congress abstracts, and communicate them succinctly and accurately
- Good financial oversight to build and manage client budgets, playing a key role in account financial management
