Job Description
This RCM Front End Specialist role is critical for Virta, ensuring accurate and timely client account setup and billing. The role involves coordinating billing processes, maintaining documentation, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. It is a detailed and proactive position focused on maintaining operational accuracy and delivering high-quality work in a collaborative environment.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in a healthcare revenue cycle management role.
- Experience and knowledge of commercial and government payer policies, regulations, and requirements.
- Knowledge of CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10 coding.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent computer, technology, and online application skills.
- Love of healthcare (and HIPAA).
