Job Description
VSO is seeking motivated individuals for a Desktop Support role in Plano, TX. The role involves providing workstation software support, including installation, repairs, and maintenance, as well as client center support. This position requires a commitment to customer satisfaction and a desire for career advancement.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in Desktop Support
- Knowledge of PC Imaging
- Experience with change management and incident management
- Experience with using tools such as: ServiceNow, Bomgar, LapLink and Secure Disk Wipe
- Must be within driving distance of Plano, TX and willing to work onsite
- Must possess an active U.S. Government Secret Security Clearance or above
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs
- Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods of time
- Must be able to walk up and down stairs or ramps
- Must be able to kneel and work under desks or in confined spaces
